Dr. Jarrett is a licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine to practice Chiropractic as well as Acupuncture. Dr Jarrett is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physcian. He is certified as a full-body ART provider.
Dr. Jarrett graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1995 and has been helping patients achieve wellness in the clinic in Virginia Beach, VA since that time. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Jarrett is committed to promoting optimal health and well being of his patients.
Dr. Jarrett uses a 'whole person approach'. This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Jarrett is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
Dr. Michelle Booth received her B.A. in Biology from The University of Virginia and graduated in 2008 from Palmer College of Chiropractic - Florida with her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Her training includes diversified techniques, extremity adjusting and utilizing the Activator, Flexion/Distraction, Thompson Drop and Graston therapy. Dr. Booth is FAKTR-PM certified (Functional And Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation, Provocation and Motion). While in chiropractic school, she traveled to Bahia, Brazil participating in a clinic abroad program providing chiropractic care. She lectured at the Women's Symposium of Williamsburg in 2013 and has delivered many lectures in Hampton Roads on a variety of chiropractic topics, including ergonomics, arthritis, and chiropractic for the pregnant woman. Dr. Booth and her husband have two young sons, Charles and Robert and a dog named Malbec. She enjoys being outside enjoying nature and life with her family. Born and raised in Virginia Beach, she is thrilled to be home serving this community.
Dr. Steve Giltz recently joined Jarrett Chiropractic after practicing privately in Virginia Beach since 2007. He hails from the San Francisco Bay area, born one of 8 children. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in California and after practicing in California for a few years, moved and opened his first practice in Farmville, Virginia in 1995. Dr. Giltz came to Virginia Beach with his wife and two sons for better schools and lifestyle. Through his career he has developed the compassion and technical skills to help people on the path to healing and wellness. He also was an adjunct professor for Tidewater Community College, teaching anatomy and physiology. His wealth of knowledge is show cased with the variety of techniques and chiropractic methods he uses to treat each patient as an individual.
